Stepping OUT of Stay at Home Orders for Missouri, Counties and Municipalities

On April 27th, Governor Parsons announced the first state-wide step for coming out of the current Stay At Home Order. Since then, cities and counties in southwest Missouri have been busy determining what steps make sense for their communities and drafting Phase 1 orders that are city and/or county specific.

Not all cities and counties in southwest Missouri have adopted individual ordinances as of yet – please check back frequently – we will be updating this page as more information becomes available.

All of the ordinances that have been adopted are set to expire May 31st. Please remember that these ordinances can change at any time. For instance, if various numbers continue to drop, the city or county can implement a different ordinance with less stringent rules. Of course, if there is a spike in the numbers, the city or county can implement a more stringent ordinance.

The HBA will continue to send emails with updates, but you are strongly encouraged to check the HBA website for updates as well.
