The Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield’s 2015 HBA Parade of Homes, held last month, featured eight newly constructed homes with price points ranging from $175,000 to over $500,000. As the HBA’s Parade of Homes Prize Sponsor, Metro Appliances & More provided a Whirlpool Laundry Pair, valued at $1,800, to be given away to one lucky visitor of this year’s Parade of Homes.
Parade of Homes attendee Shirley Reed of Mountain Grove was the winner of the Whirlpool Laundry Pair.
“Our thanks to Metro Appliances & More for their sponsorship and providing this year’s Parade of Homes’ prize,” said Sam Clifton, HBA Board President. “And congratulations to Shirley on her win! We hope she enjoys the washer/dryer pair!”
The Parade of Homes is an annual event during which homes by local HBA builders are open to the public for tours. The event allows homeowners the opportunity to discuss home plans one-on-one with builders, get ideas for home projects or upgrades, and view homes currently available in and around the Springfield area.
“We had a good showing this year,” concluded Clifton. “Thanks so much to everyone who helped make the 2015 Parade a success, and especially to everyone who attended! We look forward to seeing you again next year!”
