The HBA of Greater Springfield

APPLICANTS - HOW TO JOIN

  • All must submit a certificate of insurance or general liability insurance.
  • Must submit a certificate of insurance for Workers' Compensation if the State requires coverage (see Missouri Revised Statutes Sections 287.020 and 387.030 below)*
  • Must hold a verified "B" or higher rating from the Better Business Bureau. If the applicant does not have a current rating, the applicant may complete this online form or call 314-584-6763 to list with the BBB.
    You DO NOT have to be an accredited BBB member just listed with a B or better score.
  • Have a current HBA member sponsor.
  • A one-time non-refundable application fee of $25 and annual dues payment of $550 is due with the application. Yearly dues are refunded if the board does not approve your application.

Your company is more than welcome to attend any HBA events and meetings as soon as you submit your application. However, your company's membership is not effective until the HBA Board of Directors approves. Please remit the HBA Membership Application with dues payment, application fee, and proof of insurance to the HBA office or apply online.
