Recognizing the accomplishments of our members and their contribution to the success of the Home Builders Association is an important part of fulfilling our mission. In addition to recognizing service to the HBA, the 2010 HBA Member Awards Banquet, September 21, also provides you an opportunity to recognize those who help make your business a success.
We have four categories of employee awards to recognize extraordinary service. If you believe you have an exceptional employee, nominate him or her for one of the following awards:
– Administrative Support Person of the Year
– Salesperson of the Year
– Foreman of the Year
– Manager/Supervisor of the Year
Suppliers, while not employees, also play an important role in making your business a success. Please consider nominating your favorite supplier for the Supplier Company of the Year. This award is a great way to recognize the contribution great suppliers make in helping you serve your customers.
To download nomination forms click here. The first form is to nominate an employee for an award and the second form is to nominate a company for Supplier of the Year. Or, you can log on to our web site, www.springfieldhba.com in the ‘members only’ section to nominate individuals and/or companies online.
To make a nomination, please check the award for which you are applying at the top, complete the nomination form and attach your letter of recommendation.
