This is Your Chance to Do Four Really Great Things In One Day

The 2008 Sporting Clay Shoot will provide you with the opportunity to:
1. Eat BBQ
2. Shoot Stuff
3. Get Home Show Point(s)
4. Protect the American Dream of Home Ownership

The Coalition for Building a Better Tomorrow will host the annual Sporting Clay Shoot on Thursday, September 11 at Ozark Shooters (11 miles north of Branson.)

“Whether you are an expert marksman or you’ve just got a trigger finger that can move, you can participate and have a great time,” said Tournament Chairman and HBA Builder Terry Ozborn. Click here to download flyer and registration form.

Because of the incredible growth in participation in this event, Ozborn says there will be a morning flight that kicks off at 9:30 a.m. and an afternoon flight that starts at 1 p.m. Lunch is served at noon for both groups. Each flight will have its own awards ceremony so shooters don’t have to wait to see how they did or come back later after the second flight. There’s also going to be additional opportunities to earn Home Show Points for support of the PAC and involvement in CBBT events. (Contact Charlyce at the office for additional details.)

The tournament offers an excellent opportunity to network with fellow HBA members or to provide a “thank you” to clients and customers by sponsoring a team for them. The proceeds support the HBA’s political action committee, the Coalition for Building a Better Tomorrow. The CBBT:
-Provides financial support to help elect pro-housing, pro-business candidates running for local and state offices.

-Keeps the Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield’s agenda in the forefront with the most influential elected officials in our area & the state.

-Gains access to and helps cultivate relationships with the elected officials that vote on issues important to us.

-Creates political clout for the HBA of Greater Springfield and encourages policymakers to seek our input BEFORE creating or instituting policy that affects residential construction.
