THANK YOU 2013 Sponsors – Submit for 2014 Sponsorships Before October 31st

The HBA Board and Staff says “Thank You” to all the members who participated in the new sponsorships (view 2013 sponsors below) and those who have signed up to sponsor in 2014. It can not be emphasized enough the importance of sponsorships as a tool for promoting your business as well as financial support for the growth and betterment of your HBA of Greater Springfield. The paid media coverage alone is worth the price tag for the Major Event Sponsors.

The deadline to submit your request for sponsorship of the major events is October 31, 2013. After October 31st the Trade Show Committee will convene and announce the winners.

Rules for Major Sponsorship Selection:

All HBAGS members are eligible to submit a request for the HBA Home Show and HBA Home Remodeling Show TICKET SPONSORSHIP, BAG SPONSORSHIP or ARROW SPONSORSHIP.
Builder Members are not eligible for the Home Show, Parade of Homes or Home Remodeling Show EVENT SPONSORSHIP.
All sponsorships, $750 and above, will be on rotation unless there is only a single member submitting a request to sponsor.
No consecutive years of same sponsorship or sponsoring both shows in same calendar year unless no other sponsors step forward.
If an event has multiple sponsorship opportunities, a different company for each sponsorship is preferred.
Multiple sponsorship requests allowed and recommended.
Once the Trade Show Committee announces the winners, members have three days to confirm their selections.
If the winners chose not to proceed with certain sponsorships the runner up will have 2 days to confirm their selection.
