The verdict is in: The 2011 HBA Home Remodeling Expo closed for the year just moments ago and it was an enormous hit with vendors and their customers! Attendance for the three-day show was more than 3,500 people. Perhaps more importantly to vendors, those in attendance were booking appointments – and many were planning major remodel or new construction projects in the near future.
That’s welcome news to a local residential construction and remodeling industry that has taken its share of hits in recent years. For many, business generated at the annual Expo is what bridges the gap from fall to the spring building season.
