Operations Specialist – SFC Bank
SFC Bank is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Deposit Operations team! This individual will be responsible for performing operational support duties, including providing a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and bank personnel such as maintaining customer files, responding to phone and email inquiries, and resolving problems with given authority.
Ideal candidates would have atleast 2-4 years of experience in banking/operations/customer service, and must posess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as proper phone etiquette.
