Missouri wins Grand Award for Retention Rate

Missouri won the NAHB Grand Award for Retention Rate for HBA membership retention efforts in 2014. The combined associations in the state of Missouri retained a higher percentage of members than any other state association in Group B.

The Grand Award for Retention Rate is given each year to honor one HBA from each group size with the greatest percentage of retained membership during the previous year. In recognition of this achievement, each winning association is awarded a personalized plaque, as well as acknowledgement throughout the year by NAHB for their accomplishments.
