Home Show Set Up & Dock Reservations

The 2022 HBA Home Show is quickly approaching!

Our goal this year is to get vendors into the building and set up in the most efficient way possible. We will be emailing out Dock Times per your location in the Hall to make this happen. The main objective is to get all large displays unloaded into the building before the next group arrives. You do not need to set up your booth during your time, only unloaded.

We will be using Google Docs to reserve dock and set up times, so check your emails.

We understand that load-in times may not align with your setup plans. If you are unavailable on the date we suggest, please contact us to work out another setup time for you. Additionally, please be mindful that if you do not reserve a dock time or show up unannounced, other vendors who secured time will take priority. In this case, we will also be unable to guarantee when you will use the dock or drive into the building.

Below is a template of the email you will be receiving when we are ready to schedule your setup time, along with a link for the Google Doc:

  1. Please review the times available on the Doc and select the most appropriate time for your booth size & location. Sign-up times are in 30-minute increments; if you believe that you will need more than 30 minutes at the dock, please sign up for two time slots together.
  2. The drive-in ramp will be open, but it is essential that you use the ramp during your designated tier time. The sign-up times will help keep the area less congested and alleviate vendors' inability to get to their booths. Please call the HBA office if you have a unique circumstance.
