The HBA Home & Outdoor Living Show is scheduled for April 12-14, 2024 at the NEW Wilson Logistics Arena at the Ozarks Empire Fairgrounds.

Main floor booths are SOLD OUT, but we still have a variety of booth sizes available on the Mezzanine level, which is a great space that overlooks the main floor. We also have availability in our Marketplace area for vendors who offer boutique-style goods and services.

The vendor registration deadline is March 8, 2024. We may accept additional registrations after that date, but we cannot guarantee registrations after the deadline will be reflected on the vendor map. Registrations after February 29 will not be eligible for a refund upon vendor withdrawal from the event. After March 22, registrations will incur a $100 late fee.

The booth price includes essential amenities such as electricity, WiFi access, forklift usage, a table, and access to an upgraded vendor lounge. Our vendor lounge offers a comfortable space for exhibitors and features hot lunches and fresh snacks prepared onsite throughout the day.

Vendors/Sponsors receive 3 tickets to the event (to be used for attendees outside of booth staff) as well as 2 tickets to Industry Insider Night. Tickets have been mailed. If you are unable to retrieve your tickets in time to present them, please email Events@HBASpringfield.com.
