Jack Pugh and David Rhodes are well-known for restoring homes in Springfield’s West Central neighborhood. This 1890’s row house is one of many that B’s Renaissance Restoration has completed there. The two-story, 1800 sq. ft. home features a stucco exterior with wood accents. The restoration has incorporated green remodeling techniques.
