Metropolitan National Bank’s Kristy Chastain Joins Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge Class of 2015
Metropolitan National Bank proudly supports Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer Kristy Chastain as she joins the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge class of 2015 as a Challenger. Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation is the state’s premier leadership organization designed to bring together women leaders from global corporations, small businesses, academia, government agencies and non-profit organizations.
Chastain has worked in commercial lending for seven years and has been in the banking industry for over fifteen years. She works diligently with business owners to assist them with their loan and banking needs. Chastain is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Loan expert and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Missouri State University. Chastain is currently board President of the Springfield Regional Arts Council.
Chastain will join a selected group of women who were accepted into the yearlong training program. She will continue her education in leadership development, be a part of major discussions regarding state policy issues and gain exposure to the philosophies and thoughts of the state’s business, cultural, educational and political leaders. With the wealth of talented women across the state, Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge offers an enriching experience while providing new channels of communication to broaden the participation of women in addressing the critical issues facing Missouri.
