Booth Sizes & Prices

oBulk space areas will be figured by the following square footage rates:
$4.87 per sq. ft./50% deposit • $6.38 per sq. ft./50% deposit.

Corner booth (end cap) additional $75 - applicable to 100 hall only.

Member Price - $335

Non-Member Price $400
(Deposit $210)

MEMBERSHIP PARTICIPATION POINTS (MPP)

HBA Membership Participation Points, which are used every three years to determine booth space location for the Home Show and NOW the Home Remodeling Show, are accrued during a three year period.  Every three years, these points return to zero and another accrual period begins. The current period of accrual started March 1, 2018 and goes through February 28, 2021. If you have questions about these points, please call Event Coordinator at 881-3711.

VENDOR WRISTBANDS

Exhibitors will be supplied with up to fifteen (15) wristbands per 10x10 booth. YOUR WRISTBAND GETS YOU INTO ALL EVENTS AS WELL AS THE VENDOR LOUNGE. Wristbands can be picked up during set-up or upon check-in.

SET-UP DEADLINE

All booths must be completely set up by 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 6. There will be no exceptions.

  • Tuesday, May 4: 8am – 5pm
  • Wednesday, May 5: 8am – 8pm
  • Thursday, May 6: 8am – 8pm

HOME SHOW

  • Friday, May 7: 11am – 7pm
  • Saturday, May 8: 10am – 7pm
  • Sunday, May 9: 11am – 4pm

TEAR DOWN

  • Sunday, May 9: 4pm – 7pm (NO BOOTH MAY BE DISMANTLED, EITHER PARTIALLY OR COMPLETELY, PRIOR TO 4PM WITHOUT INCURRING A FINE. NO EXCEPTIONS. SEE THE RULES & REGULATIONS FOR DETAILS.*)
  • Monday, May 10: 7am – 4pm

*If you have a booths directly in front of the EXPO floor loading dock door, please see Event Coordinator for exit plan for event conclusion.

Health & Safety - 2021 Home Show

For everyone’s health and safety, the HBA and Springfield EXPO Center intend to fully comply with city regulations on the Road to Recovery plan that are in place during the event. Under current city of Springfield guidelines, the EXPO Center occupancy is 1,684 people. Springfield Greene-County Health Department Guidance for Gatherings recommends monitoring occupancy, as well as additional safety measures. With cooperation from vendors and visitors, this will be a successful event for everyone. Please prepare to mask up and visit our multiple sanitization stations throughout the venue.
