Mission
The HBA of Greater Springfield is starting a committee of emerging leaders. The mission of this committee is to create a plan for the future of the association by merging young or developing professionals into the construction industry as well as preparing them for leadership roles. The committee will create an environment where HBA Members who are growing in their careers can network and promote excitement about involvement in the HBA!
Meetings
This will group will ideally hold one meeting/event per month. There is no cost to be a part of this committee, it will be beneficial to your career, and FUN!
Initial Responsibilities
- Connect with Other HBA Members
- Kid Pro Zone Launch at Remodeling EXPO & Home Show
- Input on HBA Events and Emerging Leaders Meetings
- Continuing Education
Selection Process
We are in the process of hand selecting a group of emerging leaders. If you or someone you know is a young professional, just starting out in your career, or even changing career paths, we want to include YOU!
