Title Requirements for New Construction

Great American Title leads the discussion pertaining to requirements for disbursing, lien waivers, notice of intended sales, and why to use a title company and what all we do for the builders/clients to protect them.

People management is of paramount importance because you cannot grow your business and continue to do everything yourself. We address all people who effect a successful business: employees, subcontractors, suppliers, customers and more.

In the People Management Workshop, we will introduce the topic of people management and discuss why it is a critical part of every business. We will focus on four main topics that will be sure to answer how to successfully grow your business while also managing those around you.
