Brett Godfrey strives to understand the wants, needs and desires of his clients. As a result, Brett’s clients are better equipped to make informed home-building decisions. His goal is to make sure his clients are just as excited about their home a year later as the day they move in.
Brett earned the Certified Green Professional Designation of the National Association of Home Builders in 2008. Brett completed one of Springfield’s first homes built to NAHB’s National Green Building Program in 2009 and is currently serving as the immediate past president of the HBA Board of Directors and was named “HBA Builder Member of the Year” for 2013.
Many of the techniques and components used for new “green” buildings are being incorporated into existing homes to create more energy efficient homes through a division of Built by Brett, Inc., called ENERGY CONCEPTS. The goal of Energy Concepts is to lower utility bills with improvements that have a quick payback period.
