Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

We need you to join our growing team! Larson Heating, Air & Plumbing, a Nixa, MO-based HVAC company is looking for a full-time Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Applicants must have either a high school degree or equivalent. Two or more years of office experience is preferred. Applicants must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication, listening and organizational skills, and be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment where multi-tasking is required. The position will require maintaining the reception desk, including answering and properly transferring all incoming phone calls, and other general office duties. This is a full-time, hourly position, with benefits; pay will be commensurate with experience. Send resume to be considered for the position.

  • Pay starting at $10 per hour (based on experience and qualifications), with a pay evaluation at 60 days
