Accounting Manager – Job Opening

Accounting Manager Duties:
Payroll, A/R and A/P Front office management Data Entry using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Processing for monthly, quarterly, and year end close Cost accounting and budgeting for financials. Billing and phone duties to answer and process service calls Customer Service duties to assist customers, contractors and vendors Assisting the Purchasing Manager and Ownership with various tasks

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or combination of education/experience
  • QuickBooks experience preferred but not necessary
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word skills
  • Minimum 3 years of Budgeting/Cost Accounting experience required
  • Accounting experience in a construction or manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Research and problem solving skills to resolve issues
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Hours will be 7:30am-4:30pm with some OT, M-F. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Temp to hire and Direct hire options available. Benefits offered
