About your HBA —Chartered in 1954, The Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield has enjoyed continued growth and expansion as we have strived to assist and promote the building industry on the local level. 

A not-for-profit organization comprised of a board of directors and members with; the primary purpose of keeping homeownership affordable by advocating for home builders, remodelers, and homeowners.

Home to approximately 400 members representing builders, developers, remodelers, and associates in all areas of the residential construction and housing industries. It is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), headquartered in Washington, D.C.
