How to Know The Second Your Dream Home Hits the Market

The real estate market is moving fast. If you see something you love, it’s a good idea to be ready to move on it quickly. Homes that are priced right are selling in no time. Some homes are only on the market for a few days, so timing is of the essence. Your Murney agent will let you know if the home you’re looking at will move quickly, but don’t worry, they won’t put additional pressure on you to make a purchase.  Home buying is stressful enough, we don’t want to add to your stress level! However, we do have a way to make sure you’re aware of any property that you might fall in love with the moment it becomes available. With an account on murney.com, you can set up alerts to notify you in real time of any home that meets your criteria. Then you can get in touch with your Murney agent and get  an offer in before it’s too late!

Here’ how to do it!

STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON MURNEY.COM

step1

First, visit murney.com.  We might be a little biased, but we kinda like this site. Unlike national sites such as Zillow or Trulia, our site is directly connected to the local MultiList Service, meaning our information is as accurate as possible.  To create an account, locate the red account box in the top right corner. Click Register if you don’t have an account. Click Login if you’ve already created one.

STEP 2: DETERMINE YOUR CRITERIA

Step2

This part is rather important and may take some time to really figure it out. With our alerts, you can get notified any time your potential dream home hits the market, but first we need to know what it is! The Advanced Search on murney.com is robust, offering plenty of specific options for even the most discerning home buyers. Enter your exact search and familiarize yourself with what’s on the market! It’ll go a long way when you’re ready to make an offer...
